All orders are processed and packaged in 1-2 business days. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for your order to arrive. It could arrive quicker depending on location. Please get in touch with us for an estimated time of arrival.

As soon as your item is dispatched you will be notified via email and a tracking number will be provided to you in order to track your item.

All orders are packaged in an unmarked parcel or box and we do our best to ensure your items are bubble wrapped to the best possible standards to ensure safe arrival.

International Customs

NuturaCBD assumes no responsibility for any Customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in your country of residence. NuturaCBD will ship any products that the customer orders to the address that the customer provides.

The laws are different in every country, they change often, and NuturaCBD cannot be held liable for any product confiscations. However, your parcel will be shipped labeled as ‘Hemp Seed Oil’ which is legal in most countries around the world.

NuturaCBD will follow the exact directions in the customer’s order. If for whatever reason the order is seized by customs NuturaCBD will not issue the customer a refund unless all products are returned to NuturaCBD in their original condition (with the expense of return shipping borne by the customer).

Any duties or taxes that may apply to any international order are the responsibility of the customer.

NuturaCBD assumes no responsibility for products that are seized by international Customs authorities.
